"It is small but has lot of chairs and tables. It is free if you only need to study and browse books. Since it is found in the basement, there is no service within the area. You have to pay the annual membership fee of 200 pesos to borrow books at home and avail the wifi connection. There are also charging spots but I advise you to be early to get the nice spots."
